Nokia shares rose 6.3% to €9.39 in midday European trading after the Finnish company said it would partner with Microsoft to expand its data offering to telecommunications providers. The advance lifted Nokia's year-to-date gain to nearly 70%. The development adds to Nokia's broader push into AI-focused network infrastructure, including AI-RAN laboratory and live-network trials with eight operators, while Rosenblatt Securities has initiated coverage with a Buy rating and a $15 price target. Nokia is also scheduled to rejoin the Euro STOXX 50 index on Sept. 21, replacing Volkswagen.
