ProCap Financial (BRR), led by Anthony Pompliano, sold 50 BTC to repurchase 2.2% of its common stock, reducing its Bitcoin holdings to 5,254 BTC, BitcoinTreasuries reported. The transaction forms part of a repurchase program that has retired shares equal to 12.2% of total shares outstanding since December 2025. ProCap previously disclosed a Sept. 16 Bitcoin-funded buyback at about a 22% discount to net asset value, alongside earlier transactions in September 2026 and June 2026. It retains a $100 million authorization for further repurchases. The strategy uses Bitcoin sales to retire equity when the shares trade below the value of the company's underlying assets, seeking to increase Bitcoin exposure per remaining share.
