Grabar Law Office said it is investigating shareholder claims involving Aardvark Therapeutics, Beta Bionics, Erasca and Hub Group. The matters include alleged violations of federal securities laws, possible breaches of fiduciary duties, and questions about oversight, disclosure controls and financial reporting. Aardvark shareholders who bought shares on or shortly after the Feb. 13, 2025 IPO and still hold them are being invited to pursue a shareholder governance action. The investigation follows allegations that disclosures about ARD-101 understated safety risks. Aardvark paused enrollment and dosing in its Phase 3 HERO trial on Feb. 27, 2026, after reversible cardiac observations were identified in a healthy-volunteer study; its stock later closed at $5.47, down approximately 56%. On May 14, 2026, the FDA (U.S. drug regulator) placed a full clinical hold on ARD-101, including the HERO trial and open-label extension, after which the stock fell 32.1% to $4.57 the following day, according to the complaint. The Beta Bionics investigation concerns allegations that the company and certain officers misrepresented issues involving its iLet insulin-delivery device, including customer complaints, hypoglycemic events and FDA reporting. The complaint says the stock dropped 37% after a Jan. 8, 2026 disclosure about weaker-than-expected new patient starts and later declined further after FDA-related disclosures. The Erasca investigation concerns ERAS-0015 disclosures, comparisons with Revolution Medicines' RMC-6236, and alleged intellectual-property and trade-secret risks. Erasca disclosed on April 27, 2026, that Revolution Medicines' counsel had raised patent, trade-secret and comparative-statement concerns; it also reported preliminary Phase 1 data and the death of a patient after pneumonitis progressed following withdrawal of supportive care. The Hub Group investigation concerns alleged misstatements in financial statements from Q1 2023 through Q4 2024 and Q1 through Q3 2025, including premature revenue recognition and understated purchased-transportation costs and accounts payable. Eligible shareholders are being offered the opportunity to seek corporate reforms, recovery of funds for the relevant company or damages on its behalf, and court-approved incentive awards at no cost.
