Louisville Athletics announced a multi-year partnership with Ripple on September 15 that will place XRP branding on Denny Crum Court beginning this season. The logo will appear during every Louisville home game, with additional exposure across courtside signage, KFC Yum! Center promotions, digital and social channels, and men’s and women’s basketball radio broadcasts. Ripple will also support financial and technology education for student-athletes and the broader campus community, covering traditional finance and digital assets. Financial terms were not disclosed. Learfield, Louisville’s multimedia rights partner, facilitated the agreement; the media and technology company works with more than 1,200 collegiate institutions. The deal follows Ripple’s prior sponsorship with Florida Athletics and expands its presence in college sports. Founded in 2012, Ripple provides payments, custody, prime brokerage and treasury management services, and holds more than 85 licenses for enterprises connecting traditional finance with digital finance through the XRP Ledger.
