The XRP Ledger (XRPL) validated 3,254 transactions in ledger 106,965,249 on Sept. 13, which closed at 20:51:50 UTC. Twenty submitting accounts produced 2,000 successful one-drop XRP payments, with each account sending 100 payments and the batch delivering 0.002 XRP. XRPL community figure Vet, posting as @Vet_X0, called the result a new record and said it probably reflected throughput testing. The ledger recorded 2,295 successful and 959 unsuccessful results. Its 458 OfferCreate transactions included 440 non-successes, comprising 379 tecKILLED and 61 tecUNFUNDED_OFFER results. Successful native-XRP Payments delivered 323.641509 XRP, three successful CheckCash transactions delivered 1,950 XRP, and transaction fees destroyed totaled 0.111136 XRP. The 20-account concentration and synthetic traffic show consensus on this specific workload but do not establish sustained throughput, adoption, or XRP demand. Cross-currency and path-based payments, issued currencies, order fields, and changing soft transaction limits further complicate raw transaction-count comparisons. On Sept. 15, XRP reached an intraday high of $1.50 amid $4.5 billion in 24-hour volume; its Trading Activity indicator was 84 out of 100 and its Market Signal was Bullish at 65 out of 100.
