D.CAMP, Banks Foundation for Young Entrepreneurs, has selected 10 South Korean deep-tech startups for the eighth cohort of its D.CAMP Batch scale-up program. The companies span space and aerospace, defense, robotics, energy, semiconductors, healthcare and eco-friendly materials, with technologies including low-Earth orbit satellite communications, micro nuclear reactors, autonomous work robots, battery-management semiconductors and liquid biopsy analysis. A Ventures, IM Investment Partners, InterValue Partners, L&S Venture Capital and SJ Investment Partners jointly participated in selection and investment reviews. D.CAMP will assess each company's growth direction and provide customized support over 12 months to help address the long commercialization timelines typical of deep-tech businesses. The organization is recruiting startups for Batch 9, focused on IT services and solutions, through Oct. 14 via its official website.
