NEAR Protocol rose 15% over 24 hours to $2.73 after Confidential Intents surpassed $70 million in total value locked, reaching $70.79 million after crossing the threshold on Sept. 16. The milestone triggered the first snapshot under the NEAR@3.33 incentive program, reserving 333,333 locked tokens for eligible users. Participants must maintain more than $100 in confidential balances and complete at least one confidential swap, while any wallet is capped at 2% of the distribution. The tokens convert into NEAR at a 1:1 ratio only after NEAR’s three-day volume-weighted average price reaches at least $3.33. Trading volume doubled to $773 million, while NEAR traded above its key exponential moving averages. The move has brought the next resistance level near $3.07 and the program’s $3.33 conversion threshold into focus, although neither price target is confirmed.
