Financial information company FnGuide and blockchain-focused research firm Populus will regularly publish joint digital-asset research to improve market information access, protect investors and address information asymmetry. The collaboration combines FnGuide’s financial-data analysis capabilities with Populus’s expertise in on-chain data and blockchain technology analysis. The companies also plan to provide customized research services for institutional investors. FnGuide has been building its digital-asset business since early this year by establishing a dedicated organization and developing asset-specific classification systems and evaluation methodologies. As the market becomes more institutionalized, FnGuide plans to respond to legal and institutional changes and support companies commercializing related businesses. The partners are also preparing Protocol Business Reports that will systematically assess blockchain projects’ business status, performance and future plans. Populus CEO Kim Nam-woong said precise data analysis would enhance market transparency and support digital-asset institutionalization, while FnGuide CEO Jeon Min-seok said the company aims to provide understandable, high-trust information to promote healthy market growth.
