Investors who bought York Space Systems common stock in or traceable to its January 2026 initial public offering, or acquired the company’s securities from January 29 through May 11, 2026, have until October 30, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a proposed securities class action. The case, Ianelli v. York Space Systems, Inc. et al., No. 26-cv-04074, is pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. The lawsuit alleges that York Space and senior leadership misled investors and omitted material information concerning onboard mission and payload software, satellite operational readiness, delivery milestones, and contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense’s Space Development Agency. Hagens Berman said it is investigating when management knew of the alleged operational failures. No class has been certified, and investors may remain absent class members, retain counsel of their choice or seek lead-plaintiff status.
