Crypto.com-controlled North American Derivatives Exchange, or Nadex, has secured SEC acknowledgment of its Form 1-N filing, completing the dual-agency regulatory framework needed to offer single-stock futures in the United States. Nadex already operates under Commodity Futures Trading Commission oversight as a designated contract market and derivatives clearing organization. Crypto.com chief executive Kris Marszalek said the company is authorized to bring the products to market through OG.com, the standalone prediction-market and trading platform spun out in February, while it works with the SEC and CFTC on perpetual futures linked to individual equities. A September 2025 amendment to Nadex’s designated contract market license expanded its ability to offer margined derivatives cleared through registered futures commission merchants. Crypto.com | Derivatives North America also holds futures commission merchant and derivatives clearing organization authorizations, allowing it to operate exchange, clearing and margin infrastructure. Coinbase and Kalshi are separately pursuing equity-linked perpetual products, while Robinhood has agreed to route certain football event contracts to OG.com and take equity stakes in Crypto.com and OG.com. No launch date, contract specifications, margin rates, eligible stocks or fees have been disclosed for Crypto.com’s proposed U.S. products.
