Binance released its 46th proof of reserves, based on a Sept. 1 snapshot, showing that user assets remained backed by at least an equal amount of reserves. The exchange reported approximately 682,000 BTC, 3.98 million ETH and 32.3 billion USDT in assets. Proof of reserves is a disclosure comparing platform-held assets with user balances.
