South Korean early-morning delivery e-commerce company Oasis is raising approximately 30 billion won through a third-party allotment of new shares to Toss, the mobile financial platform operated by Viva Republica. Oasis will issue 647,752 ordinary shares at 46,314 won each, implying a pre-investment valuation of 1.3 trillion won and a post-investment valuation of approximately 1.33 trillion won. The funds will support additional equipment and workforce expansion. The investment accompanies the launch of an Oasis Market exclusive zone on Toss Shopping, where users can buy about 7,000 fresh-food products without separate registration. The Toss app will support product discovery, payment, delivery tracking and customer service, while Oasis will maintain its own prices, promotions, real-time inventory synchronization and logistics network. The partnership gives Oasis access to Toss's user base and expands Toss's fresh-food offering. Oasis withdrew a 2023 IPO attempt after institutional bookbuilding, but has remained profitable and later acquired Tmon, now Mayoasis, for 70 billion won. Toss will own approximately 2.26% of Oasis after the issuance.
