H100 Group CEO Eirik Grøttum bought 407,163 shares through Kode Oslo AS for SEK 621,887, at a combined average price of SEK 1.53. Kode Oslo now holds 2,771,787 H100 shares, while Olav Grøttum Holding AS owns 2,627,677, taking the combined holdings of companies associated with Grøttum to 5,399,464 shares. The transactions were equity purchases and did not change H100’s reported Bitcoin treasury, which remains 3,506.4 BTC after the company’s Aug. 10 acquisition of NSD AS. That deal added 2,455.37 BTC without cash consideration and involved the issuance of 790,534,666 shares. H100’s Bitcoin exposure has contributed to significant accounting losses, including a SEK 98.2 million pre-tax loss in the second quarter of 2026. Grøttum said share repurchases could become a capital-allocation option after Swedish rules change on Dec. 5, but H100 has not approved a repurchase program.
