Bitget has expanded its proof-of-reserves (PoR) system from four cryptocurrencies to 19 major assets, adding XAUT, SOL, BNB and USDGO. The upgrade also broadens platform-level reserve disclosures and individual asset verification. Users can view each asset’s reserve ratio, size and on-chain distribution through the PoR page, and use a Merkle tree (cryptographic verification structure) to independently check whether their holdings were included in the reserve snapshot. Bitget has published monthly reserve reports since December 2022 and had released 45 consecutive reports by August 2026. Its latest overall reserve ratio was 122%. Bitget CEO Gracy said the expansion is intended to keep transparency and verification capabilities aligned with the platform’s growing range of supported assets.
