Luxembourg-based AI and computing infrastructure developer LIAN Group is exploring an initial public offering that could raise approximately $500 million, with a potential listing targeted for 2027. The company is working with STJ Advisors to select banks and is weighing venues in Europe and the United States. Co-founded by Fiorenzo Manganiello and Nessim-Sariel Gaon between 2017 and 2019, LIAN has invested hundreds of millions of dollars in technology and infrastructure projects. Its main asset is PolarDC, a Norwegian data center platform launched publicly in September 2024 for high-performance computing and AI workloads, using renewable energy and energy-efficient cooling. H.I.G. Capital acquired a majority stake in PolarDC in 2024. LIAN also operates Anan, an Israeli data center platform. The potential proceeds would support further data center development, but LIAN has not publicly disclosed revenue or earnings, and the IPO structure and PolarDC economics available to public shareholders remain key details.
