Brinker International, Inc. will host its 2026 Investor Day at its Dallas, Texas, headquarters on Sept. 17, 2026, beginning at 8:30 a.m. CT, with a live public webcast available through its investor relations website. The company is introducing fiscal 2029 targets of 4% to 6% annual revenue growth, supported by 2% to 3% unit growth and plans to reach 30 new restaurants annually across significant new trade areas. Brinker also expects double-digit annual growth in net income per diluted share, excluding special items, on a non-GAAP (adjusted accounting) basis, and annual share repurchases of 3% to 5%, subject to future board approvals. President and Chief Executive Officer Kevin Hochman said the company would continue investing in food, value and hospitality while increasing spending on remodeling and new Chili's restaurants. Brinker operates or franchises more than 1,600 restaurants across 29 countries and two U.S. territories under its Chili's Grill & Bar and Maggiano's Little Italy brands. The company cautioned that its forward-looking targets are subject to economic, operational, competitive, regulatory, labor, supply-chain, technology and other risks.
