Israeli cybersecurity startup MIND has completed a $72 million Series B round led by Crosspoint Capital Partners, with existing investors YL Ventures and Paladin Capital Group also participating. The financing, announced September 17 Eastern Time, brings MIND's cumulative funding to $112 million. Market sources put the company's valuation at approximately $300 million, about three times its Series A level, while insiders said all proceeds went to MIND's balance sheet with no secondary share sales. MIND's revenue has grown more than 17-fold over the past year, customer numbers have increased eightfold, and annualized revenue has reached $10 million about 18 months after its product launch. The Seattle-headquartered company, which operates an R&D center in Israel, develops an AI-native data loss prevention platform spanning SaaS, generative and agentic AI tools, endpoints, on-premises file servers and email. It has joined Anthropic's Cyber Verification Program and obtained ISO/IEC 42001 certification. MIND will use the funding to develop its Stress Free DLP platform, expand in enterprise markets, strengthen partnerships and grow its team.
