Revolut is weighing a dual listing on the London Stock Exchange and Nasdaq, founder and CEO Nik Storonsky told Les Echos, confirming earlier media reports. Storonsky said the US remains his preferred venue because of its larger pool of institutional, hedge-fund, fund-management and individual investors, although the company has not decided which exchange would host a primary listing or whether both listings would occur simultaneously. A July secondary share sale valued Revolut at about $115 billion, up from $75 billion in November. The company has not disclosed a formal IPO timeline; Storonsky previously referred to a possible flotation in two years, subject to market conditions. Revolut obtained a full UK banking licence in March, a French licence in August and conditional approval for a US national bank charter this month. It also applied for a Swiss licence and plans to invest more than 150 million Swiss francs there.
