Hyperscale Data, Inc. is targeting a November 2026 commercial launch for an initial 20 MW deployment at its Michigan AI data center under a master services agreement with Alliance Cloud Services. The company has invested more than $70 million in the customer relationship and facility, with much of the initial equipment acquired and installation work underway. The contract has a 10-year initial term and two optional five-year extensions, potentially covering 20 years, and could generate more than $1.2 billion for the initial deployment. Alliance Cloud Services can expand capacity to 52 MW, which could raise total contract revenue above $3 billion over two decades. The campus has approximately 340 MW of potential capacity. Hyperscale Data continues to assess partnerships, additional customers, a standalone transaction or public offering for Alliance Cloud Services, and a possible sale of the Michigan facility. Financing, construction, utility arrangements, regulatory approvals and customer demand remain key execution factors. GPUS rose 2.47% to $0.1825 in pre-market trading after closing the prior session down 5.36% at $0.1782; the stock remained deeply oversold with an RSI of 17.55 and well below its major moving averages.
