The United States is entering an era of asset tokenization, Robinhood Chief Executive Officer Vlad Tenev said after the SEC (U.S. securities regulator) approved a temporary, conditional exemption. The decision permits tokenized stocks, or shares represented digitally on a blockchain, to be traded on-chain within a limited scope.
