Tenka has completed a $2 million pre-seed financing round led by Maven 11, with participation from Gami Capital and several angel investors. The company is building an institutional marketplace for asset-based finance that links originators, investors and dedicated liquidity providers through standardized facility structures, data and valuation. Its model is designed to let capital enter at loan origination and allow investors to exit positions before maturity through on-chain infrastructure. Investors can allocate to the tkUSD Senior Vault for diversified senior-secured private-credit exposure or use Deal Vaults to access individual transactions. Tenka says the platform is intended to address liquidity constraints in private credit by supporting secondary transfers without requiring borrowers to repay early or funds to process redemptions. The company plans to launch later this year and is led by CEO Emile Dubié.
