Virbac reported first-half 2026 revenue of €768 million, up 7.4% at constant exchange rates and scope, or 4.0% at actual exchange rates. Companion animal revenue increased 10.0% and farm animal revenue rose 6.7%, while Supercharge platforms excluding Thyronorm grew about 12%. Adjusted EBIT before acquisition-related amortization increased 6.8% to €144.2 million, lifting the margin to 18.8% from 18.3% a year earlier. Consolidated net income rose 5.9% to €87.1 million, while net debt reached €195.9 million at June 30, 2026, compared with €172.8 million at December 31, 2025, primarily because of seasonal working-capital requirements. Virbac confirmed its full-year outlook and said the first-half performance positions it to target the upper end of its 5.5% to 7.5% revenue-growth range at constant exchange rates and scope, with adjusted recurring operating income of around 17% and cash generation of approximately €80 million after capital expenditure of about €125 million. The company also highlighted two commercial distribution agreements with potential paths to acquisitions, ongoing industrial investments and the appointment of Dr. Éline Maldepuech as Censeur of the Board of Directors. Chief Executive Officer Paul Martingell said the results demonstrated the scalability of Virbac's Supercharge platforms and the integration of Thyronorm, in line with its Growing Together 2030 strategy.
