Investors who purchased PROCEPT BioRobotics common stock from Feb. 28, 2024, through Feb. 25, 2026, have until Sept. 22, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a proposed securities class action filed in the Northern District of California. The complaint alleges PROCEPT and certain current and former executives concealed a discount program that encouraged bulk handpiece orders beyond procedure demand, inflating U.S. sales and revenue and creating more than 10,000 excess field-inventory units by the end of the class period. The lawsuit cites disclosures on Aug. 6, Nov. 4 and Feb. 25 that showed weaker handpiece sales, reduced guidance and inventory problems; PROCEPT shares fell about 16%, more than 10% and more than 18%, respectively, after those announcements.
