Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Beta Bionics securities between July 30, 2025, and February 24, 2026, have until November 3, 2026, to ask the court for appointment as lead plaintiff in a putative class action. The lawsuit follows disclosures about an unexpected shortfall in new iLet patient starts and an FDA (U.S. medical-products regulator) warning letter tied to inspectional observations and alleged reporting failures. Beta Bionics shares fell 37.04% after the January 8 disclosure, 6.5% after the January 30 warning-letter disclosure, and 3.73% after the FDA publicly released the letter on February 24. The complaint alleges that defendants made materially false or misleading statements and failed to disclose safety, complaint-investigation and regulatory issues, including more than 18,000 complaints and life-threatening hypoglycemic events. Investors do not need to take action to remain absent members of the class and may retain counsel of their choice.
