Treace Medical Concepts presented results from three clinical studies at the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (AOFAS) Annual Meeting in Seattle: five-year ALIGN3D Lapiplasty data, two-year interim MTA3D Adductoplasty findings and one-year SPRINT SpeedPlate observational results. The ALIGN3D study’s final analysis covered 137 of 173 patients and showed average weight-bearing in a walking boot after 8.4 days, with five-year radiographic recurrence rates of 0.8% using an HVA threshold above 20 degrees and 5.3% using a threshold above 15 degrees. MTA3D interim analyses covered 59 of 66 patients at one year and 35 at two years, showing average boot weight-bearing after 7.6 days and sustained radiographic and patient-reported improvements through 24 months. SPRINT’s final analysis included 89 of 91 patients undergoing MTP and/or TMT joint arthrodesis (surgical joint fusion), with average boot weight-bearing after 9.0 days and clinical and radiographic healing in 96.6% of patients at 12 months. Treace said the presentations reinforce the durability and clinical value of its procedures and technologies. The company said full presentation materials, including demographics, eligibility criteria and reported complications, will be posted on its website after the presentations.
