Arbitrum’s ARB token rose 31% on Friday toward $0.2300, extending a four-session advance and lifting its weekly gain above 70%, as renewed real-world asset activity, regulatory developments and network usage drew market attention. Tokenized funds on Arbitrum reached a record $979.93 million, while the broader value of tokenized assets previously exceeded $800 million under management and the network carried 5,760 tokenized assets as of September. Arbitrum’s on-chain assets rose from $9.38 billion to $11.18 billion, and its DeFi protocols held $1.38 billion in value. The US Securities and Exchange Commission granted qualifying venues a five-year conditional exemption to trade tokenized National Market System stocks through automated market makers and permissioned liquidity pools. The exemption was not granted directly to Arbitrum, but the Ethereum layer-2 network could benefit if regulated platforms select it for tokenized securities. Robinhood Chain’s July 1 launch helped lift Arbitrum’s estimated monthly revenue to about $5 million, more than five times its pre-launch level, with Robinhood Chain paying 10% of net protocol revenues to Arbitrum. ARB remained above its 50-day, 100-day and 200-day exponential moving averages at $0.1224, $0.1104 and $0.1236, respectively, but an RSI of 75 indicated overbought conditions and potential short-term profit-taking. Resistance stood near $0.2305, with a confirmed daily close potentially opening a path toward $0.3181; support was identified at $0.1788 and near $0.1274. Standard Chartered’s coverage cited separate targets of at least $0.50 by the end of 2026 and $10 by 2030.
