U.S. spot XRP ETFs recorded $5.1534 million in net outflows on Sept. 17, U.S. Eastern time, according to SoSoValue data cited by PANews, while the broader market held approximately $1.39 billion in net assets and $1.710 billion in cumulative historical inflows. The 21Shares XRP ETF (TOXR) led daily withdrawals at $3.7806 million, followed by Canary XRP ETF (XRPC) at $1.3728 million. Separately, REX Osprey XRP ETF (XRPR), identified as the first U.S. spot XRP ETF, marked its first anniversary on Sept. 18, 2026, after falling from $25.73 to $10.57, or roughly 60%, while XRP declined about 59% from $3.08 to $1.33. XRPR still held approximately $46.2 million in net assets. The latest outflow interrupted positive weekly flows that had continued since July 10; March was the only negative month since November 2025, and XRP was up 30% on the monthly chart. The data indicate persistent ETF demand alongside pressure from macroeconomic conditions, regulatory uncertainty and speculative selling.
