Zcash has opened its Q3 retroactive grant vote for Shielded ZEC holders, with voting scheduled to remain open until 20:00 UTC on Sept. 29. The ballot covers 37 proposals, each requiring a separate approval or rejection vote. The quorum, or minimum participation threshold, is about 420,000 ZEC. Participants must update to Zodl version 3.14.0 or later, the latest Vizor Wallet, or the latest Zkool before voting.
