The AIA Ecosystem Fund announced four changes covering DeAgentAI’s product rollout, token and equity value alignment, scheduled token burns and unlocks, and the cancellation of unvested tokens held by employees dismissed for misconduct. DeAgentAI’s AI Token Smart Router launched publicly today, providing unified access to its proprietary models and 38 leading third-party models, alongside model routing, API access and usage metering. Since internal testing began, the platform has served eight B2B customers, processed more than 54 million external model calls and generated monthly revenue above $1 million. The fund said revenue from all DeAgentAI products and business lines, as well as related intellectual property and value, will belong exclusively to the foundation and be governed by $AIA holders, while equity investors will no longer receive residual cash flow. A previously disclosed token buyback has been completed, with the repurchased tokens to be burned as planned. The one-year lockup for investor, team and adviser allocations has ended, starting a three-year linear vesting period; community, ecosystem and staking allocations remain on their original schedules. Former employees who leave normally will receive their allocations under the agreed terms. However, unvested $AIA held by team members dismissed for improper conduct or actions harming the project’s interests will be canceled immediately, and the company reserves the right to pursue criminal liability.
