Nscale Limited has filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of new ordinary shares. The London-based company, founded in 2024 and spun out of cryptocurrency mining firm Arkon Energy, plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker NSCL. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley will lead the underwriting. Nscale provides AI infrastructure spanning computing capacity, power, data centers and software for training and running artificial-intelligence systems. It reported 1,252% revenue growth in the first six months of 2026 compared with the same period a year earlier. The number of shares and price range have not been set, and the offering remains subject to the registration statement becoming effective. The filing comes as rising bond yields and the Federal Reserve's monetary policy tightening cycle weigh on investor sentiment during the fall IPO season.
