21Shares US filed an S-1 update on September 19 for its proposed Injective ETF, which would list on Nasdaq under the ticker TINJ, use the FTSE Injective Index as its pricing benchmark and target staking 40% to 60% of its INJ holdings, subject to liquidity needs. The update follows an amended S-1/A registration statement reported as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 18. BNY Mellon is named as administrator, transfer agent and cash custodian, while earlier filing details named Coinbase Custody Trust Company and BitGo Bank and Trust as INJ custodians. INJ rose 14.4% in 24 hours to $7.53 on September 19, after reaching $7.77, as Injective made the token available as a native SPL token on Solana. The deployment allows Solana users to trade, provide liquidity and build with INJ without using cross-chain bridges, with a limited initial Solana supply under a controlled rollout. The filing remains subject to SEC effectiveness and Nasdaq listing requirements, and no launch date has been disclosed.
