Robbins LLP is notifying investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Bloom Energy Corporation securities between February 27, 2025, and July 8, 2026, that September 28, 2026, is the deadline to seek appointment as lead plaintiff. The lawsuit alleges Bloom Energy misled investors by describing its supply chain as independent of China while allegedly relying on Chinese scandium obtained through intermediaries. The complaint claims the company understated that reliance and consequently made materially misleading or unsupported statements about its business, operations and prospects. The allegations followed a Hunterbrook Media article that reported Chinese scandium remained in Bloom Energy's supply chain; Bloom's stock fell $15.28, or 5.7%, to close at $254.29 on July 8, 2026. Robbins LLP says investors may have legal rights and that it represents clients on a contingency-fee basis.
