B2 rose 120% from about $0.41 to $0.90 on Sept. 19 before pulling back, although it remained up 24% at 8:09 a.m. UTC, according to CoinGecko. About 30 minutes after the surge, several wallets transferred 13 million B2 worth $10.44 million to Binance Alpha. The tokens had reportedly been withdrawn from Bitget and Gate about one month earlier at around $0.47, producing an estimated $4.27 million profit, according to on-chain analyst EmberCN. The wallets were believed to be linked to B2's designated market maker, although its identity was not confirmed. One wallet was linked to an address previously involved with SIREN, prompting speculation that the market maker could also have worked with SIREN, AKE, XPIN and BTR. B2's market capitalization reached $22.14 million, with 24-hour volume of $77.09 million, a fully diluted valuation of $111.913 million and total value locked of $233.855 million. The move follows a July exploit in which 8.59 million B2 worth about $3.86 million were stolen after unauthorized access to the smart contract's upgrade authority; B² Network paused staking and said affected users would be fully compensated.
