REX Shares and Tuttle Capital Management launched the T-REX 2X Long ASST Daily Target ETF, which began trading Friday on Cboe under the ticker ASSX and targets 200% of Strive’s daily common-stock performance before fees and expenses. Strive holds 25,000 Bitcoin and ranks fifth among publicly traded corporate holders, after purchasing 469 BTC for approximately $36.6 million between September 8 and September 11. ASSX does not hold Bitcoin or seek to deliver twice Bitcoin’s return; it tracks Strive shares, whose performance is influenced by Bitcoin prices, the value investors assign to the company’s treasury and its ability to finance further acquisitions. The fund rebalances daily, meaning compounding and volatility can cause longer-term returns to diverge substantially from twice Strive’s cumulative performance. Strive financed its latest purchase through sales of SATA, its variable-rate perpetual preferred stock, which provides another funding channel while limiting direct dilution to common shareholders. Strive shares rose 6.4% Friday to close at $30.09, above the average 12-month analyst price target of $29.40 tracked by S&P Global. REX and Tuttle also operate 2x products tied to Strategy, BitMine, Circle, Cipher Mining and SharpLink.
