Hoban Construction’s urban maintenance orders reached 1.1526 trillion won after it was selected for the Changdong Sang-a 1st Apartment redevelopment in Dobong District and the Junghwa Station District 2-6 street housing maintenance project in Jungnang District. The Changdong project, valued at about 308.3 billion won, will comprise eight buildings with 962 housing units and is the largest single urban maintenance project Hoban Construction has secured in Seoul. The Junghwa Station project is valued at about 92.6 billion won and follows the company’s contract for adjacent District 2-4 last November. If the boundaries of both street housing maintenance projects are expanded, Hoban Construction plans to create a Hoban Summit brand town with 990 housing units and a total floor area of 156,473 square meters.
