The plan follows £72 million in cryptocurrency donations from Ben Delo and Christopher Harborne received by the party last week. Labour seeks to retroactively disqualify those contributions through stricter donor rules. Reform also plans to encourage supporters to join existing unions in large numbers as an alternative fundraising strategy, potentially creating a reverse takeover.
