Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP announced that purchasers or acquirers of Bloom Energy Corporation securities from February 27, 2025 through July 8, 2026 may seek appointment as lead plaintiff in Nevins v. Bloom Energy Corporation, No. 26-cv-07944, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. The complaint names Bloom Energy and certain executives and alleges that the company obtained scandium through intermediaries sourcing the metal from China, understated its reliance on Chinese scandium, and made positive statements about its business, operations and prospects that were misleading or lacked a reasonable basis. Investors have until September 28, 2026 to seek lead-plaintiff appointment. The notice adds to similar announcements by Bragar Eagel & Squire, Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer, Rosen Law Firm and Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter, while a Frank R. Cruz notice cited a disputed Class Period start date of February 27, 2026. The allegations followed a July 8 Hunterbrook Media report claiming that Chinese-linked scandium entered Bloom’s supply chain through direct shipments and intermediaries. Bloom shares fell nearly 6% on the report; another notice said they fell $15.28, or 5.7%, to $254.29. No class has been certified.
