BitMine Immersion Technologies reported 5,983,940 Ether in a September 21 filing, keeping the company just below the 6 million-token mark and at roughly 4.9% of the circulating supply figure used in its disclosure. The company valued its combined treasury holdings at $17.1 billion, including 212 Bitcoin, $714 million in cash and marketable securities, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries and a $105 million stake in Eightco. The reported Ether balance followed the acquisition of 27,562 tokens during the week, extending BitMine's uninterrupted weekly buying streak since it launched its Ethereum treasury strategy on June 30, 2025. Using a reference price of $2,688 per token, the Ether position was valued at approximately $16.1 billion, while the latest purchase was worth roughly $74 million to $75 million at prevailing market prices. BitMine did not disclose its average purchase price for the week. The holdings put BitMine 98% of the way toward its stated goal of accumulating 5% of the Ether supply, which it calls the Alchemy of 5%. The company had 5,067,309 Ether staked through its Made in America Validator Network, or MAVAN, and partner providers, representing about 85% of its holdings. It reported a seven-day annualized staking yield of 2.62% and projected annualized staking revenue of approximately $357 million at the reported staked volume, or about $421 million if its full Ether treasury were staked. The disclosure highlights the growth of public-company crypto treasuries beyond Bitcoin. BitMine's position gives it exposure to Ether's price as well as staking economics, network activity and institutional demand for Ethereum-based assets. The filing establishes that BitMine held 5,983,940 Ether; future purchases and the timing of any move above 6 million tokens remain outside the disclosure.
