Solidion Technology appointed Chief Executive Officer Jaymes Winters as Chairman of the Board, combining the two roles effective Sept. 16, 2026. Independent director Mark N. Schwartz became Lead Independent Director on the same date, while former Chairman Dr. Bor Jang remains on the Board. Solidion shares rose 10.13% to $7.50 in late-morning trading Monday, extending a rebound from earlier session lows. The company said the leadership structure is intended to align strategy, governance and operations while preserving independent oversight.
