CoreWeave reported $5.13 billion in 2025 revenue, up 168% from the prior year, and raised its 2026 revenue guidance to $12.4 billion-$13.2 billion from $12 billion-$13 billion initially. The GPU cloud infrastructure provider generated $2.58 billion in second-quarter 2026 revenue, up 112% year over year, and expects a 2026 exit annualized run-rate of $18.5 billion-$19.5 billion. It also generates $40 million in annualized revenue per megawatt, while non-GPU products exceed $400 million in annual revenue.
