Pecoy Copper Corp. said its common shares began trading on the OTCQX Best Market on Sept. 21, 2026, under the existing symbol PCUUF, after being upgraded from the OTCQB Venture Market. The company continues to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under PCU and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under D5E. Pecoy Copper said the move is intended to broaden its shareholder base, improve access for U.S. investors, and increase visibility and liquidity as it advances the Pecoy Project. The project is part of a combined copper-gold-molybdenum-silver and Tororume development covering approximately 19,800 hectares in southern Peru’s Arequipa region. The company said less than 49,000 metres of historical drilling had been completed at Pecoy before its current drill program, defining a broad mineralized system with potential for expansion along strike and at depth. The company cautioned that statements concerning the expected benefits of the OTCQX upgrade, liquidity, market access, and exploration plans are forward-looking information subject to market, regulatory, operational, technical, and exploration risks.
