Oura is marketing a U.S. initial public offering of 50 million shares at $40 to $44 each, seeking up to $2.2 billion and an implied fully diluted valuation of about $15.62 billion at the top of the range. Coinbase has made Oura the first deal on a new in-app IPO service for eligible U.S. retail customers, who can submit conditional purchase requests after the expected price range is published. Oura began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker OURA during the week of September 21. Coinbase Capital Markets, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer, aggregates customer orders as a best-efforts selling-group member and routes them through Apex Clearing Corporation. Allocations depend on underwriter supply and investor demand, while customers who sell allotted shares within 30 days can lose IPO eligibility for 60 days. The launch expands Coinbase's "Everything Exchange" strategy alongside tokenized stocks, single-stock perpetual futures and prediction markets, and Coinbase shares touched a four-month high as Bitcoin moved back above $81,000 during the broader rally.
