GMGN has launched a public beta for perpetual futures, marking the multi-chain trading terminal's first major move into derivatives. The initial product supports SOL/USDC trading through an interface with charts, order books and position management, while liquidity comes from third-party providers. Takers pay 0.045% per trade and makers pay 0.015%, compared with GMGN's historically 1% spot-trading fee. Platform balances earn a 3.5% annualized return. Co-founder Haze announced the rollout and is seeking user feedback through Telegram groups. GMGN operates as a non-custodial terminal across more than 10 blockchains and has not announced a native token alongside the beta. Details on leverage ratios and collateral types remain limited as the platform enters a derivatives market led by Binance and Bybit, with on-chain competitors including Hyperliquid, dYdX and Jupiter's Solana perpetuals.
