Boyaa Interactive (00434.HK) bought about 152 Bitcoin on the open market for approximately HK$90.63 million ($11.56 million), at an average price of $75,899 per coin. Its total holdings rose to 4,468 BTC, acquired at an overall average cost of $68,543 per Bitcoin. The company has accumulated Bitcoin through 2026 using idle cash reserves rather than debt or convertible notes. Boyaa said its Web3 strategy includes public-chain staking, cross-chain liquidity through YAAKO Wallet and blockchain-based games such as Pet Land and MTT Sports. The approach gives the company potential utility and yield from its holdings but also adds exposure to Bitcoin prices, smart-contract vulnerabilities and protocol risks.
