AMD also introduced Instinct MI450 Series GPUs and sixth-generation EPYC Venice CPUs for its Helios rack-scale AI systems. Microsoft plans to deploy Helios across Azure AI services from the second half of 2026, while Anthropic plans to deploy up to 2 gigawatts of MI450 GPUs in Helios systems from the first half of 2027. AMD committed to invest up to $5 billion in Anthropic.
