DeFi Development Corp. reported adding about 101,381 SOL and SOL-equivalent assets to its treasury, lifting total holdings to about 2,490,304, a 4.24% weekly increase. The company said the additions reflected continued SOL purchases and organic treasury growth. A GlobeNewswire release described the increase as occurring in the week beginning Sept. 14, 2026, while the company's Sept. 21 8-K reported the same increase for Sept. 11 through Sept. 18. DeFi Development also closed the underwriters' over-allotment option for CHAD, issuing 206,250 additional shares and raising about $1.65 million in gross proceeds. CHAD, the company's Nasdaq-listed Variable Rate Series C Perpetual Preferred Stock, is intended to provide capital for SOL purchases alongside a $300 million at-the-market facility. SOL traded at $118.67 at 15:00 UTC on Sept. 21, up 9.7% over 24 hours.
