WeTouch Technology Inc. issued fiscal 2026 guidance calling for revenue of approximately $65 million, up about 40% from fiscal 2025, and net income of approximately $11.7 million, an increase of about 60%, with an expected net margin of approximately 18%. The Nasdaq-listed touch display provider reported first-half revenue of $30.3 million, up 9.4% year over year, and net income of $6.0 million, up 25.5%. The outlook assumes stronger second-half revenue, supported by anticipated customer orders and deliveries, demand across automotive, medical, industrial control, point-of-sale, gaming and other specialized touchscreen markets, overseas expansion and developing robotics-related opportunities. WeTouch also plans to accelerate its expansion across the robotics value chain using its touch display, human-machine interface, integrated module and intelligent hardware capabilities. Separately, the company has completed required approvals for a proposed issuance of 31,037,830 common shares at $1.25 each, targeting gross proceeds of approximately $38.8 million, although the transaction has not yet closed. Upon closing, the shares would be issued to entities controlled by founder Guangde Cai, potentially giving him beneficial ownership of approximately 70.19% of outstanding common stock. WeTouch intends to use the proceeds to develop or acquire complete touchscreen systems, while pursuing disciplined capital allocation and greater investor communication.
