Morgan Stanley has released its Vintage Values 2027 portfolio, a 15-stock list designed for a one-year buy-and-hold investment horizon. Alphabet and Coca-Cola join Amazon, McKesson and Visa as the only three companies retained from the 2026 list, while 12 names are new. The 2027 roster includes Apple, Dynatrace, Eli Lilly, Equinix and Williams Companies, alongside the returning stocks. The portfolio emphasizes quality, large caps and growth: 60% of its stocks rank in the top two quality tiers, compared with 56% for the S&P 500. Morgan Stanley also said the list is more expensive than the broad market on most valuation measures. Its 2026 portfolio returned 32.12% from Sept. 9, 2025, to Sept. 11, 2026, outperforming the S&P 500 by 1,316 basis points as the index returned nearly 19%.
