Circle will attend Sibos 2026, the annual SWIFT (global payments messaging network)-organized conference, from September 28 through October 1 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The USDC issuer plans to discuss how financial institutions can integrate regulated stablecoin (crypto token designed to maintain stable value) infrastructure into their operations, including cross-border payments, treasury management, tokenization and AI-integrated financial workflows. The event follows Circle's September 16 launch of the Arc Layer-1 blockchain (base network supporting applications and transactions), whose mainnet uses USDC as its native gas and settlement currency and offers sub-second finality. Arc's institutional validators include BlackRock, Visa and Mastercard. Sibos is expected to draw more than 10,000 attendees from over 160 countries, while its Miami edition will be the first hosted in the city. Circle said USDC circulation was approximately $73 billion to $74 billion as of mid-September 2026. The company holds a New York trust charter and has gained approval as a national trust bank from the OCC (U.S. banking regulator).
