Investors who purchased or acquired York Space Systems common stock in or traceable to the company's January 2026 initial public offering (IPO) or during the Jan. 29-May 11, 2026 Class Period have until Oct. 30, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a proposed securities class action. Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP says the lawsuit, Ianelli v. York Space Systems Inc., No. 26-cv-04074 (D. Colo.), accuses York Space, certain current and former executives, incoming directors and IPO underwriters of violating the Securities Act of 1933 and/or the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The complaint alleges York Space's mission and payload software was not fully functional before satellite launches, creating risks for contracts with the Pentagon's Space Development Agency (SDA), and says 96% of the company's fiscal 2025 revenue came from U.S. Federal Government projects contracted through the SDA. A separate notice from Bernstein Liebhard LLP reminds eligible investors of the deadline and says representation is on a contingency-fee basis, with no fees or expenses charged to shareholders. Investors may remain absent class members and can share in any recovery without serving as lead plaintiff.
